Ledforcelights.com strives to provide its customers with a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Here are our shipping terms:

Stock Status and Delivery
All products in our online store are stock items and are shipped directly from our own large and well-stocked warehouse. We do not use intermediaries, which enables fast delivery of our products. You can always see the up-to-date stock status for each product above the "Add to Cart" button. Please note that a product may temporarily be out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you about availability and delivery time.

Order and Delivery Time Management
Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are processed the same day, provided the item is in stock. Orders received after 13:00 are shipped no later than the next business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are shipped on Monday.

Delivery Options

  • Individuals: Packages are delivered to your nearest postal pickup point/service point.

  • Companies: Can choose between direct delivery to the company address or pickup from the nearest postal pickup point/service point.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over €90 (incl. VAT).

Payment Methods

We offer secure payments through:

● Installment payments: Klarna (Pay now, Pay later, or Pay in installments)

Delivery Time
The delivery time is usually 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. We ship all products from our warehouse in Sweden.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in accordance with our return policy.
